The essentials about using Duat, paying for boosts, and how information is handled.
Terms of service
Duat is a public creator-ranking service operated from Chile. A payment purchases promotional placement for one creator profile on one selected platform and ranking period. It is not a donation, investment, wager, prize, or payment to the creator.
The displayed USD amount is the total price submitted to PayPal. PayPal may apply currency conversion or other charges under its own terms. The creator does not receive the payment; Duat receives it in exchange for providing the ranking and promotional service.
You must submit accurate public-profile information and may not impersonate others, promote unlawful content, manipulate traffic, or use payment methods without authorization. Duat may correct, suspend, or remove fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or technically harmful campaigns.
Rank positions are relative and can change whenever another community adds a valid boost. A payment increases ranking score but does not guarantee a position, number of clicks, audience growth, creator endorsement, or commercial outcome.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to make the purchase. Chilean law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights available in your country.
Privacy
Duat processes the public creator name, username, platform, profile URL, optional image, category, optional supporter nickname, boost amount, ranking activity, profile clicks, board impressions, and payment identifiers and status supplied by PayPal.
Duat does not receive or store card numbers, PayPal passwords, or bank credentials. PayPal processes checkout information under its own privacy terms. Network identifiers such as an IP address may be used for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
Public campaign information, ranking totals, supporter counts, clicks, and impressions may be visible to anyone. Payment identifiers, security records, and internal reconciliation data are not displayed publicly. Data is retained while needed to operate the ranking, resolve payments or disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through support. Public creator information may remain when there is a legitimate public-interest, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal record requirement.
Refunds and disputes
The promotional service begins immediately after PayPal confirms payment and Duat publishes or increases the selected campaign. Before confirmation and delivery, you may cancel in PayPal without receiving a boost.
Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, incorrect technical processing, unauthorized payments, or a boost that was not delivered. Valid technical failures and duplicate payments are eligible for correction or refund. Other refund requests are reviewed according to applicable consumer law and the service already delivered.
A refund, chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute removes the corresponding boost and may change or unpublish the creator's rank. PayPal disputes are also governed by PayPal's applicable buyer-protection and resolution rules.
